You must have a TBK product in cart for successful activation. To ensure a successful activation, please follow these steps when placing your order with TBK and TBOD products in your cart. ○ Begin by selecting an TBK product and providing your username. Add it to your cart. ○ From your cart, click on "Add TBOD" ○ Select a TBOD product, provide same username as used for TBK product, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. After completing the checkout process, you will receive an email confirmation. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox. ○ In the email, you'll find payment instructions. Follow them accordingly. ○ Support department does not handle the payment process. Please note if you contact support about payments, please be patient.
